Most real estate attorneys will complete and review these documents for a fee of $350 - $750. A purchase agreement outlines the terms between the buyer and seller, and then provides the road map for the title company to follow. A seller must provide a seller's disclosure statement to a prospective buyer upon signing a purchase agreement. Federal regulations require that a complete lead disclosure form and booklet be provided to all home buyers, if the home is older than 1978. Lead disclosure booklets are available at all Promo! stores.




Purchase agreements should always be available to all potential buyers during open houses and house showings. Instruct all interested buyer(s) to complete the purchase agreement, once completed, meet, review and work-out any differences. The final step is to contact a local title company to set-up a closing date.
